A deposit of $200.00 & completed reservation sheet is required to hold an RV site.

Balance is due in full upon arrival.

RV reservations for 3 months or more are taken after February 15th, less than 3 months taken after November 1st. Deposits are not refundable after November 15th. All pets MUST be registered in the office with current vaccination record. We are a Senior 55+ park and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

RV STORAGE $20.00 PER MONTH PER VEHICLE *(Free if permanent structure is owned here)*

$25.00 charge for washing RV

*IF MORE THAN 2 PERSONS PER RV OR MOBILE, ADD $2.00 PER DAY CHARGE AFTER FIRST 14 DAY VISIT.
